Note: Speech 1110, English 1160, Math 1320, and the Humanities/Social Sciences elective are not offered on a two-night repetitive schedule. These requirements can also be met by taking UNL Online Undergraduate courses. FP students may take these courses at any time. *FPT 1100 Principles of Fire Protection is an introductory course to the FP program and will be scheduled annually or biannually depending on enrollment demand.

Associate's Degree in Fire Protection ( 64 credit hours)
The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of professional and volunteer firefighters. Faculty and adjunct instructors with experience in fire protection update the curriculum on a regular basis.
