The Agronomy program consists of 30 credit hours, comprised of 2 core courses and 8 elective courses. You can complete the program in as quickly as 5 semesters, while enrolled part-time.

Admission Requirements
The Agronomy program accepts applications year-round and admits students on a rolling basis for the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
A completed Graduate School application includes the following:
- Completed graduate school application and application fee
- Official transcripts from all institutions previously attended
- Verification of English proficiency is required if native language is not English
- GRE or GMAT scores are NOT required
- Current resume
- Statement of purpose
- Applicants must have a prerequisite of:
- One semester of plant production or plant systems management
- One semester of biological sciences**
- One semester of chemistry
- One semester of algebra
- One semester of soil science
